You can hit the level 4 on small characters very consistently, you just need to delay the 2nd hit of b234. If you do it correctly they float much higher than non-delayed junkyard.

Really good combo for shorter wall carry is CH 4 -> dash 4u3 -> ff+2,1,3
level 5 combo imo is, f4 u3 into ff 213 or ff 23 depending on wall distance into wall combo
