Hogfish Piccata Recipe:
On this week of life by the bow we venture out to the Reef in search of the delicious Hogfish. While most people prefer to Spear Hogfish, we prefer to catch them on hook and line in a very unique way. Check out the video to see how and why we do it the way we do. After hog fishing we take a visit to the Mosquito bank Sandbar to kick back and relax before we head home, clean the fish, and prepare our delicious Hogfish piccata.
