I fish at Johns Pass a lot. You can catch so many varieties of fish there. Black drum, yellow tail, flounder, sheepshead, shark, trout ,snook, reds, etc. Hubbard's marina is a few minutes walk away. Get your bait there. Great shopping, and dinning there also. You can't beat that place for fishing. Too bad it a 2hr drive for me. Otherwise I would be there every weekend.

Caught a couple at fort desoto pier Sunday jigging around the pilings. Pier is close until 9 am Sunday for a race.
