I had New Zealand Hangi they cook food in the ground and cook it for 6 to 8 hours the most succulent tender meats and veggie you have ever tasted
I don’t know what kind of bbq Kareem is peddling out here and I live in Austin Tx. He just covered it in that salad that I would have slapped out of those tongs before covering up that beautiful meat with butt salad. I think I would pass on his truck to be honest as there is too much fru fru stuff going on here. Hipster Fru Fru BBQ.
