Sorry, the pigs sign up for the job. They know the territory.

Hope and a quarter may get one a square of TP to wipe their ass.

How do we know when a pig is lying? Their lips are moving.

from someone that lives in the states in my country you don't have to be the one that did the murder to be charged with murder. You just have to be involved in the crime. If someone dies in the commission of the crime and that is even if the cops kill someone all people involved in the crime can and usually does get charged with murder

RIP good man. You are safe with The Almighty now. Bless🙏

I always found it very fascinating how the law reacts when one of their own is murdered compare to a nobody from the public is murdered. Yes I know hypocrisy and discrimination is a standard procedure in human society. Perhaps that is why both me and my dog growl at humans 🤣.

in the US you and someone can be committing a crime and if that person is killed by law enforcement or the victim of the crime you can be charged with manslaughter/homicide is it also the same in the UK? because as far as you being held accountable if your buddy shoots someone during a crime and you both can be charged is the same.

Well as history proves a police officers life is more important than any "lesser mortals".

I can't read but I can kill???????????????? Morans

age of 8….Geeze I 'll plead that next time (wink wink) I shoot somebody. He was at least the age mentally of a 13 year old…if he was the mental age of an 8 year old, he should have been in a mental hospital.

Ajax SlamGoody

a 4 year old….give me a break. even a 13-year-old Know's not to steal and kill. Liberals never cease to amaze me. They are the roots of WOKE-ISM

This parallels Americas Gang cultures and gun lust and gun nuts. Got the heater gives you courage and power , the great equalizer for anyone down and angry.

He was adorable with the pets when he was a little boy it's a shame he got injured.

"let him have it" I guess words can be twisted anyway you want them really just seems weird that only one of them had a gun. The one kid surrendering before the gun was even pulled out. I mean. Then combine that with the fact that he was on the receiving side of the gun in-between his buddy and a cop how does it not make more sense that "Let him have it." Means give him the gun then shoot towards me and try not to hit me too so we can escape…..

Holy cow, I had no idea hangings were still being done in the 50’s!

Ah yes. Justice for all. Unless you're disabled of course.

Daniël Fuhres

And yet, there are still Corrupt Judges/Lord Justices in the UK unfortunately…
You saw that back during the UK trial of Johnny Depp VS the Sun. Seeing as the Justice's son worked at the tabloid and if the tabloid did not win, would have probably lost his job…. And he had business relations with Ms. Heard…

Justices and Judges in the world really have too be screened before being put on a court case. And also should be people who are neutral in the battle for Justice & the Truth. And they should be willing to put down their lives or even risk the job of their family should it hang in the balance of the verdict. They should look at everything fairly and with a neutral eye to find the truth.

That is what governments do. They will NEVER admit when they are wrong EVER, even if it means "sacrificing" an individual who is innocent. Yet the government and the ones who wrongly convict someone walk away RICHER, WHOLE, and Happy. Absolutely SICK. I would Love to be a mouse in the corner when they come before God, and are JUDGED themselves.

10 years for the murderer??? WTF!

Gotcha Meme

So , The one who didn't commit the murder or pull the trigger was the one who got hanged. But the actual killer only got 10 years and didn't got tried as an adult . After 10 years got out of jail and started a new life. That is so wrong! Jeez come on England what's up with the judicial system?

tarstarkusz

This is a perfect example of why we need the death penalty. This is so typical. Long after the victim's friends and family are dead and buried, all these SJW lawyers named cohen end up getting the murderer out of prison. That is EXACTLY what would have happened if the guy hadn't been hung. Instead of just having his name cleared, he;'d have been let out of prison
This guy is a guilty as they come. He was there committing a felony with a gun. ANY person could foresee how this felony could end up with someone getting killed. This is why we have felony murder laws..

tarstarkusz

They spent 10 minutes droning on about how the family didn't like the 16 year old because of his obsession with guns and how he always carried a gun. The literal next minute "our baby didn't know he had a gun…" OF COURSE HE DID!!!! He deserved to be hung. We need to go back to hangings.

Raphaella Victoria

First time I hear of this case. My impression: the statement, if Derrick did say it, was not ambiguous in the context. Whether he indeed said it, is indeed questionable. Overall, however, the actual problem was not taking his mental age into consideration. He never should have been tried as an adult.

Theresa Rasche

Well England is still getting it wrong!

tarstarkusz

WHY are they allowing this woman who has never met him to sing his praises about what a good guy he was. Ever heard of felony murder?

Ricky

This case really disturbed me many many years ago.
