Will someone confirm to me that there were 2 different guns used in these 2 murders?
How many times can an attorney ask the same questions over and over? Is he getting paid by the question? Wording it differently isnt changing the answer or uncovering new information.
So many bots in the comments
Did anyone notice that Alex said “after Maggie ask me to leave” and then very quickly said “after Maggie ask my to go with her” hmmmmm, one has to wonder.
Whose DNA was found on the raincoat?
All it takes is just ONE juror to feel like he’s not guilty or feel like the prosecution has NOT proven their case beyond a reasonable doubt and BOOM we have a hung jury OR a not guilty verdict if there’s more than one juror and they can’t come to a unanimous decision!!!
around 2:50.00 it starts to get good as he can't recall events at the barn. note how many times he says, "I did what I did.".
A redneck is still a redneck if you put it in a suit. He did it.
This man is pure evil.
Like what was previously said. "He's a hot mess".
Trying to read the demeanor of the attorney sitting b at the end of the prosecutor table. Dude looks like he’s over it! He’s real antsy
This is what happened.. the pills were counterfeit and they weren't as strong. If you see all the fake fentynal pills (M30) Roxy 30mg coming into the country. Someone was making these and selling them and duping Alex. He was addicted to opiates but he wasn't eating 60 80 or 100 (30) MG Oxycodone tablets.
Day 22 in this trial and I’m realising I know by hearth this interview in the car, even the sounds of clearing throat🤕
Paul is no longer Pau Pau halfway through the testimony, huh?
if i had just found family members murdered unless pacifically ask "when did you last see them alive" i doubt my mind would have gone back more than when i left my mothers
Why are witnesses not sequestered. I have never been to a court where there isn't a sequestration.
AM's testimony sealed the deal in my mind. With a back drop of facts about what kind of guy he really is, combined with the blatantly obvious circumstances of the murders….he just confirmed my suspicions. Guilty!
Prosecutor is terrible, always mis-states Murdaugh’s answers
Alex's inside voice is correcting all the little inaccuracies from the expert witnesses – BECAUSE he KNOWS how it all happened, what gun, what angle, etc.
see how Alex turns on the crying … every time … on cue… such an actor… shouldn't have shot them if he didn't want to hear about it.
Alec Murder is definitely stumbling on his testimony
Who in their right mind wouldn't think that a seasoned lawyer and former prosecutor wouldn't know how to sway a jury. He knows what he did and is very conscious of what to say
This entire affair is one of the saddest things I have ever watched, so many people impacted and heartbroken , so many lives destroyed, all because of the actions of one very sad, sick man who was born into a family with every advantage one could possibly dream of.
I don't get how people can honestly think he did not do this.
Random question off subject 😬 Anyone know how long it takes to be able to comment as a subscriber after paying?
Poor Maggie had probably returned to tell him she wanted a divorce , was selling Mosell and starting a new life away from all that madness.
Leaving guns around is irresponsible for anyone and I would think hunters would especially know that!!!
QUESTION: What’s the reason the Judge won’t allow the defense dual closing arguments? What’s the threat?
Answers every question by repeating the question or I don’t remember🙄🙄
IN TODAY FEB 27 the SECOND FORENSIC EXPERT SAID THE PELLETS COULD HAVE EVEN HIT THE SHOOTER . THE CAREGIVER FOR AM FATHER SAID “ ALEXANDER MURDAUGH HAD A BRUISE ON HIS FOREHEAD *****IMPORTANT IMPORTANT COULD THE BRUISE BE CALLED BY A PELLET ??
So I’m wondering the cases he represented before while he was on drugs are they going to call mistrial for those since he was under the influence?
Maybe I'm weird, but when I cry, tears fall
what program are they using when viewing those text documents at the end? its pretty sweet
I agree that, that he often repeats questions while on the stand so he has time to think and can confuse the jury and that his memory is excellent except when his memory needs to be fuzzy to make it seem like he could be innocent. He definitely is adjusting his testimony to the facts. He lied about being at the kennels, then said he went to the kennels because his wife asked him to, then said he stayed at the kennels a couple of minutes only, then lay on the sofa on the sofa, then quickly decided to go to visit his mother. All of the preceding sentence is about him him fitting his testimony to the facts. Then in that short time back at the house before going to his mothers he took 200+ steps, more than likely to clean up, change his clothes, and cover up the crime he committed.
The preponderance of the evidence shows he did it. But I think at least on juror will say he is not guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. It des not matter because whether he is guilty of the murders or not he will spend the rest of his life in jail due to the financial crimes.
