And most of the cops know me over here they want to avoid me at all costs I don't play around and I don't lie I don't sneak and I don't steal

Oh this happened to me and my step brother one night, it was like 2am and we were walking they stopped us and started asking us questions, and we just answered honestly until they let us go, nothing bad ever happened

These tips would really useful if cops actually followed the law. Unfortunately it doesn't seem the case here in Bangladesh.

I had gotten an assault charge years ago from someone saying I assaulted them, there were no bruises no witnesses no body damage , I wasn't there even when they showed up at said place, the cops searched for me and my vehicle , approached me, claimed I wasn't being arrested, that I was being detained, I said I didn't assault said person, can I share my side of story, I was told no, and asked "if you didn't assault …so and so then why did you run?" I was under the impression that by being asked a question by police especially an accusation without any proof , that I had to be told Meranda rights ,I was told if questioned at all I had to be told my rights , I was not, they also did not allow me my inhaler when I told them I wanted it cause I went into a oanic attack when they start cuffing me after saying I i didnt ..why did I run" they called it running, via rhem making assumptions that I left /ran from the oersons house yet there was no proof i was there that day before they arrived , also I was put laughed at and told to stop lying when asking for my inhaler ,they denied /rejected giving it to me, cuffed me , transfered me to a different city where a cop took me out of that car and put me into another, and he did so without buckling me in amd when I said he had to buckle me in he laughed at me and said really you really want me to and he drove like what felt like 90 mph to the jail, where the whole time I was crying cause 4he pain of the cuffs, I was begging him to loosen them, I coukdnt feel my hands, I had around 260 lbs my whole body was pressed against hands no circulation really ,he refused and laughed and said they're not meant to be comfortable and we got to the station I ceied to the woman cop asking her to help ,told her I was injured and please remove them the cuffs were cutting into my wrists and there was a 5hick welt type thing where the cuffs had pressed into my hand and my hands were blue and purple amd there were like half inch or so indents in my wrists or whatever the cuff is, they stayed bluish ourple for a little while, also, they refused taking pics of the injuries of my alhands also they refused removing the cuffs till I got searched where that could've injured me further. I requested photos during booking to press charges against the officer who harmed me and refused to loosen cuffs to proper setting, he had them beyond tight. The booker at the jail threatened me several times, stating I I didnt stop he would not give me food nor a bed for the night, I was told if I spoke anymore that would happen and that I'd go to bed hungry and that he would make me sit in the room all night the one where they can see u but u can't see in. It was awful. I cried all night, I had stopped talking cause I hadn't ate all day. All of these things feel illegal I feel at least most of these I described of my treatment have to be illegal and unjust not just in my perception. Also at my court date I was there to take the guilty plea, stating that if I took it they would remove it completely in a year , yet I had proof that the said person lied about tue assault accusation, I had 5hem on record admitting that they lied to police, I told the lawyer that he I want allowed I felt, to plead not guilty. To this day the charge is there. The only thing that changed was they lowered it to a petty misdemeanor disorderly conduct but they lied, they said it would be gone, dropped expunged if I did what was told which was them wanting me to lie and please guilty also got threatened by accusing party that I I didnt plea guilty I'd have no chance at winning etc ,my hands were tied no matter what. I want justice for what happened to me that night. I'm hookng I'm allowed to ask for footage and body cams that night as a way of finding those injuries on me and of the cop not buckling me in for safety, laugh at me for requesting safety which laughing isnt a crime persay ,it's that I was denied inhaler, whatif I were to have passed out and died from them refusing to allow me my inhaler? What if ..and isn't reduaing food illegal too, redusing it especially for trying to make sure my rights are being followed and being there for asking for my rights

Imagine you hear on the news next day man shot and killed by police because he said no thank you i chose to remain silence

But doesn’t that make you more sus
