Look up lake hyoko in Niigata….it’s known for the swans. I haven’t been yet but it’s on my list. I think there’s also another lake in Hokkaido that has many swans.

I could sit and watch your videos for hours. The contrast from watching videos of the cities in Japan is exactly what my soul needs. After spending time in Hakone and Gifu over the last few years the cities of Japan just don't cut it anymore. The autumn views are by far my favourite thing about Japan and being stuck back in Brisbane but having your videos to live vicariously through put me at peace.

Even if you can't find swans in Japan you will always find swan boats 🦢😂 Japan is so beautiful in the Autumn. But it is as good in the Winter and Spring too. Bit warm in the Summer though. 😂

I prefer the shot on the right, it shows off that thick atmosphere better. Obviously, the red leaves in the other one are great, but as you say, that shot is kind of overdone.
