Guess it'll be bicycles or a horse and cart next.
Common sense tells us to stand with Taiwan, but not to get into a shooting wat with china. Way to many Chinese to kill, and would take us forever to win that war. But let us not make another mistake mand let China hold us hostage over the chips Let us start to make oue own and not let any enemy ever get ahead of us in things like chips. We have been having way to many stupid mistakes by our5 government for some time and we need to stop electing politicians, and let us elect business men from now on who kate war and stupidity like you and i. I been telling folks to start electing businessmen for a long time and no one listens, will anyone out there agree with me? let us know. Please respond so we can start doing something about it ok ? God save us from the ( stupids ).
Our United States of America has more than enough resources and raw materials plus more than enough crude oil to be 100% self sufficient but here we are thanks to corrupted politicians…..

Information and power are on steroids around the world just now. I can't predict how it will end but it's the OK corral just now. Taiwan’s official name is Republic of China, and they claim they own mainland China as well. History is complicated.
I’m not sure what China will do at this point. They have a few options though from continuing with BRICS to dumping US T-bonds.

Did china destroy it, or did the Wests over reliance on Chinese manufactured electronic parts ruin it? Maybe if the US had thought in range about its outsourcing implications it wouldn't be in a tight spot. The West needs to take accountability for its own lack of foresight.

This is why the Biden's threat to intervene with US forces is not an idle threat. The USA would have no other reasonable choice but to attack Chinese forces should they try to invade Taiwan.

I watch all the chip stocks. There is a glut, and a shortage. Some chip companies cannot get the amounts of raw materials, certain materials, that prevent more production.
Car companies act like they don't know how to make cars without semi conductor chips.
Each car company has a million old car designs that don't require semi conductor chips. They clearly know how to build cars without them.
If the chip shortage gets bad, I hope car manufacturers don't get any. They don't need them.
