My 2nd part of my first adventure at Rufford Ford saw a whole lot of huge, risky splashes through the ford. One of the participants was a genuine police car, driven by a police officer who seemed in an immediate hurry! None of us could believe the speed and the strength of the car as it waded through.

10:18 FJ20BHP – this is the sort of absolute idiot of a driver that police were out stopping before they caused accidents through careless driving as demonstrated. This driver needs suspending pending investigation as he is not fit to drive a police vehicle to the standard required of a competent driver. He has committed the offence of driving without due care and attention and/or careless driving and now leaves the police open to civil claims for DELIBERATELY SPLASHING PEDESTRIANS. There was a civil case a few years ago concerning people driving through water near bus stops and splashing, this set a precedent.
What a complete muppet that officer is, how dare he and his colleagues undermine the Road Safety work of other officers.
