Incentives are cars that are not reliable and do not offer long-term value are a bad deal for consumers.
Dollar for dollar, Japanese made cars are the product everyone ought to be buying.

Richard Rowe

New and used car prices are too high and many consumers are tapped out. I cannot wait to see manufacturers and dealers struggle with their overpriced products.

Richard Rowe

What about Japanese made cars. Who wants to buy gasoline consuming rapidly depreciating American car brands.

Edward A

I'm paying cash.

J'vari Williams

Concierge service 👌🏾😩

Chacote Outdoor Recreation

You can save 100% by simply not buying.

Pinewood Kat Ranch

Does it ever make sense, when buying a new car with cash, to initialy finance for cash back and incentives, and then pay it off right away??

hypermetalsonic

"Prices are dropping!!!"
Don't care. We'll talk when car prices are back to where they SHOULD be…

Took my son to look at a Lexus ES 330 and we made a fair offer and was turned down. They were asking $2k over other similar models in the area. We offered them 1.5k under their asking price and was flatly denied.

Enlightened Anthony

The Kia dealership across the street from me literally just slashed all their prices across the board I’m watching the Telluride specifically but I’m seeing upwards of $5k off on vehicles as high as $50k already so that’s a good sign.

If you follow the blueprint and stick to the OTD price plus state license, tags, title & registration you should be good this new year.

Granted interest rates are going up but when they finally come back down you can always refinance for better deal on rates.

My lease on my audi A4 premium plus ends in March. I would love to seal the deal with something before December ends due to specials. I hate having to get a new car now but i have no choice. Any suggestions?

Daniel Hurley

It looks like the incentives are on vehicles nobody wants. Overpriced junk.

Ivan Makarov

Just worked out a deal on a 2022 Audi Q7 premium plus. MSRP 68,800, negotiated down to 62,800.

Yalll don’t know SCOTTY??? Scotty Kilmer??? Smh

Scareface79

Vehicles and housing have to come down by 50% to even come close to being the right time!

Doug Hacker

Best time to buy a car compared to what? My local greedy Ford dealers are still charging $5K over sticker for a Maverick and $10k over sticker for a Hybrid Maverick. You guys are seriously saying now is the best time to buy? I do not see any deals out there unless you want a RAM truck. More click bait. Lets check back in mid February and see how the prices compare to now.

Guillermo Sanchez

🤣 y’all NEVER HEARD OF SCOTTY? You’ve gotta be kidding me! 🤣 that’s like him not hearing about y’all!

Guillermo Sanchez

For the person who asked about the seatbelt. If it’s not under warranty, go to the junkyard. Some of them will do the replacement right there. Got mine replaced for $40 bucks 2007 Honda Accord!

Jeff Rowden

Jeep has 7500 tax credit on new wrangler 4xe.

A few days back you said don’t buy a car right now. I am confused.

Beach All day Guy

Scotty Kilmer is a legend. He has mentioned your channel too..

garfieldisgod

Maybe so, but nothing like buying a car before the huge inflation. In my area; prices are still way too high. Last few days
of 2022 and no budge off the high prices. Also, I have over 800 credit score and cannot find an interest rate below 5+ percent.
Bought my last car in 2019 and paid 3.2 percent. Not buying at these prices and conditions.

Mike Roch

@5:50 Ok, but why discuss CASH buyers for NEW cars? Who is going to be watching these videos if they aren't somewhat tight on money at the moment? That seems like a massive waste of time and space on this channel considering the amount of people that would NEED to watch those videos are tiny.
Focus on used cars and cash or financing, then if you have too much time on your hands, then start discussing used cars

Avatar7x7

Is it possible to list the best dealerships in the area ?

C Michael Rinehart

Wait another year folks and you’ll see a different environment.

William Bower

OK let’s talk about non electric cars in extreme weather when you go out and your battery is dead. How many plans have been ruined by that? Yes they have their issues but as technology moves on and new battery technology comes on line that problem will disappear.

Edwin J.T.P

I just visited my local gm Dealership for service and noticed a lot of used vehicles displayed without prices posted on windows. Only new vehicles show monroneys.

John Reagan

Honda Ridgelines (and other models) have subvented interest rates. While not an official "incentive", the savings for a 2.9% APR over market rates would be considered a discount.

It’s not time to buy anything you don’t absolutely need

C&P

This might be the dumbest title I have ever seen to a video about buying anything. Yes please tell us how financing a vehicle when tier 1 rates are 5% and up vs paying cash. Hope these guys aren't financial advisors also.

Hi 100% disabled Veterans does not pay for "Tags, Plates nor registration fees in FL and almost in most states"
how can vets get out of paying for these fees up front at the dealers?

Washington Capitals, love the shirt. I miss living in Maryland. Funny, my dad use to work at a car dealership in Silver Springs back in the 70's and 80's. Caps fan since 1974. Go Caps.

14:25 Ray, if you don't drive many miles range loss due to cold wouldn't impact you, so why be concerned about it? I'm pretty sure he has a garage too, in which case he's charging at home so not being able to charge at a public station is also not a concern.

Can't do anything about the cost though lol, it's just not worth it right now if you're a low mileage driver. It just has nothing really to do with the weather.

Cleber

I gotta what i think was a good deal, just about 10.000 off msrp on a 2022 ram 1500 Laramie. Here in sarasota fl.

Car dealers need to suffer more wait to buy!

David Nels

If dealerships like to push financing on new cars but I’m a cash buyer, why not let them set me up with whatever lousy loan they want but pay the loan off after the first month if I thought I’d get a better price/trade-in going that route?

S. M.

Ice cars also lose range in winter. Cars consume a lot of gas in cold conditions.

Empire Foundation

EVs and hybrids at dealer only auctions are not getting the high bids of Spring into Summer when gas prices were high.
