Our last night in Scotland – off grid winter van life camping at Loch Lomond Scotland! This was so much fun. The weather was ferocious and below zero but so beautiful and so much fun!

I stayed in the hotel called ardgartan hotel near loch long not far from loch Lomond back in February 2019 absolutely beautiful place to be in Scotland is such a different world to the UK can't wait to go back xx

Sarah if you try the chicken in white wine sauce, it improves it you add mushrooms or cooked ham. Certainly add plenty of tarragon, dried if no fresh available to make a pie. Not sure about making a pie in the van as I never tried it when camping nor in a Ridge Monkey. But bought puff pastry is ok if you have an oven. Perhaps as a filling for a wrap. Btw I recently came across Morrison’s Yorkshire pudding wraps which make a change.
Obviously not as good as fresh chicken pie but acceptable. Crab fish cakes can be ok using drained tinned crab, add chillies and/or lemon grass etc. just find any recipe, good if you need to use ingredients in tins or jars.enjoying Scotland. Look forward to next time,

There a ship in Glasgow use can get a chippy on either to sit in or take away whatever use like, and soar Glasgow is amazing and Hollywood bowl at the Quay. Also dunnon Castle is the best ayrshire if use do the coastal route from ayr to Girvan beach there's loads too see xxxxx also start at greenock and finish in Stranraer and then there's a back road from Newton Stewart back to England 🇬🇧 😀 xxxxx well worth the views xxxxx hope use get to see these messages 😀 near Largs there's a place called pottencross and you can see the northern lights 😀 👍 😊 xxxxx
