Yr please to everyone don't spread negativity about ev car, there are some youtuber who makes a video about disadvantages of ev car, seriously c'mon dude, aap logo ki vajah se ham reality nhi Jaan pate, there are four cars in my home and one of them is Nexon ev Max and seriously that was the best bought for me, guys that's soo good, even i am from UP and there is no public charger in my city , maybe one two

Sonia Aggarwal

actually its better to wait for longer range. like for 600 km on road not in other numbers. then its a good take

kunal kadam

The video was very infromative

Yamin Shaikh

not convinced..till have to wait alot to buy an electric car.

Nilesh Ghare ( Sagar )

Thank you so much , i was very confused about EV , BUT now Im very sure about EV .

neeraj verma

Very nice and informative video about EV, it will encourage more people to switch to EV

Surajit Dutta

Rachit it's the most informative video regarding EVs on YouTube platform…
Very nicely explained the pros and cons of purchasing EVs

Kirandeep Singh

It is informative but surely biassed version, just to promote Tata electric car, it is paid. Did not mention about earthing required for charging (it cannot be charged anywhere except designated places) , distance/range depends upon usage of other things, impact of usage of ac on range, electricity usage at home in units/watts, usually range mention is not what you get, like in ARAI of cars. Lot many details are missing. Where are disadvantages?

nishant nair

Awsm video. Got lots of doubts cleared.

Rutwick Gangurde

15 ampere ke points rehte hain lekin they're not always available on the ground floor, outside the house 😂.

Rutwick Gangurde

What about an urgent and unexpected battery replacement? How expensive is it?

9 LAKH WALI Citroen c3 ev is the best in the class

Steelman Enterprise

I regularly watch your videos thanks for putting in so much effort I just have these 3 concerns.
1}Price
The on-road price of Nexon petrol XE in Delhi is **Rs 7.98 L The on-road price of Nexon EV XM in Delhi is **Rs 16.82 Lakh**. a massive 8.84 lac rupee difference
I've compared both the base variants because someone who doesn't have a budget but still wants a nexon will not buy the automatic petrol version in fact if given an option for manual transmission in Ev ( hypothetically cz thats not possible ) people would buy that a lot more
2) Oppurtunity Cost
you have not accounted for intial capital investment and lost oppurtunity cost when intially spending lacs of rupees more on ev as compared to ice vehicle this 8.84 lac when invested even in some safe fund and parked there for the lifetime of the car would not only give so much returns but almost entirely cover the entire cost of petrol car ( with moderate roi of 13% over 15years which is life of petrol vehicles in Delhi)
3) Second hand Value
im not sure about how this would turn out after the lifetime of the car because we currently dont have evs that are 10/15years old someone please give an insight on this

Really good video and many good points put across otherwise thanks again for the content

citroen c3 ev is the best in the class

keep it simple & stupid

First of all I would like to say that, this is the best ever video explaining about EV, and breaking the myths, thank you for that and, what's your opinion about, EV in place like Leh Ladakh, where temperature in winter almost hit -30DC?
Hope you will answer this.

Aditya Dwivedi

Harrier ev launch??

Pranesh Wadile

Hello Rachit,

Overall a great review with detailed explanation on each point.

But you have missed one point regarding the pollution takes place while extraction of lithium.

According to a report by Friends of the Earth (FoE), lithium extraction inevitably harms the soil and causes air contamination. As demand rises, the mining impacts are “increasingly affecting communities where this harmful extraction takes place, jeopardising their access to water,” says the report.

More and well maintained chargers are the way to go, EV cars are really good rn for city travel, these chargers will make it easy for longer travel routes

ಆವಿಷ್ಕಾರ

This is absolute none sense, tata nexon top end petrol available at 13-14 lac where EV MAX available at 18-22 lac. In this difference amount anybody fill petrol for years

Apna Gaon

jo price ka difference hai ICE or EV ka…..usse EV ka daily running 100 km average hona padega…. tab breakeven point aayega…….

Learner Nitin

Waiting for KWID ev and Citroen e c3 prices 😘.
Please update about them 😘

Mohit Rajwanshi

by far the best video on EVs. covering all the aspects of an EV throughout it's lifecycle. very very informative 👏👏

Jack Smith

Will the battery blast in accidents unlike engine cars ?.

Parveen Kumar

Running cost of maruti breeza is Rs6/km not rs9/km. Only difference in ev and ice car is that combustion of fuel/ coal takes place at some other location. Extracting lithium is very much hazardous and India is net importer as on date. MG ev is much better then Nexon as MG EV car has 50kw battery ( ASIL-D, IP69K, UL2580 certification) better certification, 5 year unconditional warranty + 5 year road side assistant, Full LED projector head lamp, inbuilt android map, bigger dimension, 360 degree view whereas price is 21.8 lacs only. whereas Tata ev has 40kw batter/ 3yr conditional warranty/ only IP67 rating, Cost of tata connect app is Rs 3000 per annum, Gear knob is not responsive

magar jab log bolagai ki paisa bachana kai liya electric car li hai gareeb log petrol desel kai paisa nahi hai bechara kai pass tab kya bola unha?
