Ingredients:
200gm of Back Bacon
Salt & Pepper to taste
6x Hamburger Buns
175gm of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1x Can of Baked Beans
6x Large Eggs
Method:
Add your grill plate to the Cobb. When the grill plate is warm add your 200gm of back bacon to the grill plate. Turn the bacon around every 3 minutes till nice and crispy. Take your hamburgers buns and cut them into halves 3 quarters from the top. Remove the bread from the thicker part of the bread. Remove the bacon from the Cobb when nice and crispy. The bacon took me 15 minutes to braai nice and crispy. Remove the grill plate from the Cobb and add your deflector plate roasting rack and pan to the Cobb. Add a can of baked beans to the pan. Stir the baked beans till nice and warm. Remove the baked beans when warm. The baked beans took me 5 minutes to get warm. Add the bottom parts of the hamburger bun onto the roast rack. Crack an egg and add the cracked egg onto the hamburger bun. The egg will start to cook in the bun. Add salt and pepper to taste. When the egg starts to go white add your bacon onto the bun. Then add cheddar cheese over the bacon. Add the 2 top pieces of the bun onto the roast rack to start to toast. Remove the top pieces of the bun from the Cobb when toasted. Add the baked beans onto the top pieces of the bun. When the cheese is melted remove the buns from your braai and serve. The bottom pieces of the bun took me 15 minutes to braai perfectly.
