I have always wanted to go to the Cowboy Dinner Tree located in the mountains up above Silver Lake Oregon. So when my friends Julie and Cory from CJ Adventures invited us out for a weekend of camping and dinner at the Cowboy Dinner Tree, I jumped on the invite. The Cowboy Dinner Tree definitely lived up to the hype. This is a real cowboy dinner and a all around great dining experience.

We like to start a trip with a dinner there. Most regulars know to bring containers for leftovers. We can usually eat for 2-3 days on our leftovers.
Great video. Thank you.
Awesome !! Thanks for sharing. That place looks so awesome. That steak.. 🤤. Safe travels 🤙🏼
I think this episode was great! Nice balance between filming and just enjoying nature and good company. Very real.
I thought it was a great video. Mix these types in also.
Definitely one of your best videos! So authentic and fun
Glad you made something out of it. 2:11 HAHAHA! You guys crack me up.
Been starting our weeklong camp-outs with the Dinner Tree for decades. We eat leftovers for days before we dive into our other rations.
I was wondering if you could fallow up on your Hadlock wool insulation ,and how many boxes you used. ( 150 square per box) has it gotten any dampness ext
In the episode a year ago you said you were going to do a fallow up
I have been to The Cowboy Dinner Tree several times and always enjoy that meal.
Loved this video. If this style gives you a little bit of a break maybe consider rolling this style periodically. Like a monthly or quarterly summary.
Another great video! Really enjoying your channel. Stay safe and greetings from Florida.
That was fun to see the outtakes. A little more raw footage
hahaha, "small wood". It's great you guys can bust chops. That's a great friendship.
I wish we could get Jackery back in India…
Great video! Loved it.
Very nice!
Yeah, I SO enjoyed this episode.

Hiking, camping, and exploring outdoors is the best.
Rock On
Oh man the small wood jokes were cracking me up I was waiting for a rebuttal after Donald’s episode
good to see a trailer on the channel….miss the Drifter
Thanks for sharing Jason! Amazing journey. Now I’m hungry 😋
Very nice episode Jason. You and Donald sound like my buddies and me on our orbdr dual sport motorcycle trips; always jabbing each other. We hit the Cowboy Dinner Tree on our big summer ride a few years ago. We were eating steak for the next two days. We ran into the owner of the restaurant up at the reservoir on our way back a few days later. Had a nice chat with him. He had a lot of great stories about the area and running cattle there. Super interesting guy. My buddy made a video of the trip on his personal channel; he’s not a big accomplished YouTuber like you and Donald. 🙂 Hit me up if interested in a link. I’m certain I’m going to run into you guys out there someday. Cheers and keep them coming!
Yay
We were just talking about going down to the Cowboy Dinner Tree and then finding somewhere to camp out!
Cowboy Dinner Tree is great! We stopped there last year after staying in Hart mountain. My favorite part of the experience, besides the food, was hearing a group of Airstream owners talking to the waitress like she was some lowly nobody and then she started talking about paying cash for overseas family vacations….they shut up pretty quick.
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
dinner tree is no joke!! bring a cooler. Daughter ate off steak taters for two days before bringing me home leftovers I also àte well for another couple meals and was so tender and good . yummm
Loved the change of pace, Jason. Well done.
Nothing like some good old fashion ball breaking! 🙂 Another great video Jason.
This was a great episode!
Now I have to add the Cowboy Dinner Tree to my bucket list. That steak 😋 looks unreal! It was good to see Megan again and her van looks incredible! Donald cracked me up with his one pedal ebike…lol. Short but great video, Jason.
Thank you
You guys are hilarious. Goodness that steak looks mouthwatering. I told Marshall we need to put in our reservations asap! We were right by there too 🤣
That's enough food from me for a week!!
The food is so good. No sharing, but you can take all the left over. We had desert too.
I love the banter between you and Donald.
Now you know why it's called "Snap" Cycle.
