Hey are you back traveling on MCs and tents ? Hope so. I stoped watching when RVs trucks and trailers was the lifestyle. If so, welcome back ! the Harley back also ? Way cool !

Deweys stuff

The solar panel is making shade behind it.

A+. Just like me….I sold my bshtc trailer and need it back…also If you find a way for the laptop transformer to bypass transforming dc to ac and then back to dc you will gain much greater efficiency using that blurting thing …goal dc to dc laptop…thanks for the ride! Love it!

I just returned from a 3400 mile road trip from Nevada to Texas and back. Weathers getting to be a bit brisk in the mountains of Arizona and New Mexico. Things went well except for 2 flat trailer tires within an hour of each other. I did discover the bedroll pack that I created was not sufficient for the temperatures I encountered. Back to the drawing board on that. Had a few bike problems to overcome so some maintenance days in the near future. I need new clutch and front brake lever bushings so my cruise control can set and stay set. Probably a new right handlebar switch cluster. The starter button headlight cutout doesn’t always release permitting my headlights to come on after starting. My big radio speakers aren’t working. They died and every now and then come back on for a few seconds before dying again. That’s going to require more troubleshooting. So many problems that, for a moment, I thought I was back on my Harley instead of my Goldwing. 😂😂😂

The mechanic cut off screws instead of figuring out proper fairing installation! Unacceptable. At least you're happy with his engine work.

Christine Ellis

Don't you put your helmets in your tent sleeping part at night ? I'd worry about little critters chewing on the foam. I guess chicken on the menu means no luck fishing?

Wheres the fish

Random question for Rich.
How much did Ruby weigh when it was all packed up?

I'm so glad I don't own my my Harley Road glide! Great Video And Thanks For Sharing My Friend!

Bryan Mitchell

Much easier to take fairings on and off on the bike is on a center stand, obviously you don’t have one but, if you did it would be much much easier to reinstall when the bike is actually level like when it’s on us understand, they are kind of a pain in the butt

You might look into a 12vdc power adapter for the MacBook. Not certain, but that might be more efficient that the 120vac option when you are trying to conserve power.

Gordon Townsend

Did you step on a pop top and blow out your flip flop lol?

Richard Wright

Good morning Chris. Congratulations on creating another excellent video with superb production values. Not surprising however – from a strong self sufficient and creative woman such as yourself. Thanks for sharing a tour of your life as a motorcycle camper such as yourself . 🌹🌹😉😉😉😉

that is one big tent! beautiful area to camp. man, it's good you know how to work on the bike, that looks like a massive under taking. i ride the Honda Rebel, easy to maintain, but i still find it frustrating to work on it, but it does save me 165.00 dollars an hour. love that night sky. can't remember when i have seen a sky like that. be safe, enjoy the wild west.

gertrude5924

your not using the truck and trailer anymore

Thomas Woodson

PS The oil temp indicator is a kit from Harley parts catalog. I have a 2004 Electra Glide.

Thomas Woodson

I swapped the air temperature indicator for a motor oil temperature indicator. Much more useful. Actually I can’t read either of them from the riding position but I have an idea what the temp is while riding.
Thanks for the video!😎👍

Giving Hope

Always a pleasure!

Thank you for sharing your adventures.
Stay safe

I'm surprised you're not sleeping on Helinox cots. My youngest son had to have one because he couldn't sleep on the ground. The first place we used them was boondock camping in the mountains outside of Pahrump, Nevada in a downpour and even though the water flowed through our tents we were high and dry during the nasty, lightening, stormy night.
Good to see Rich working on the Road Glide even though I ride a poor man's Moto Guzzi.
