Is this specific to New and/or Used cars?
how much should you put down on a new car are truck
Since 2023 model are available, dealer will need to push to sell of 2022 models. Don't trust 'True Car' pricing guide, just because other willing to paid MSRP instead of invoice price doesn't mean you have to .
Local Honda dealer is offering .99% finacing on CPO Hondas here in LV,NV
In Western Canada right now, there's a 2 month wait just to get a gas powered car, and a 1 year wait to get a hybrid, and the Honda dealer I was at the other day had NO Accords, and the Civics were selling for >$4,000 over MSRP. I think dealers are purposefully keeping low inventory so they don't have to pay these high interest rates, and they get to create artificial scarcity. I assume private sales of used cars are fine right now.
😐
Well unfortunately my lease is due in January and I need a car for work therefore I have to get a car soon
I trying to get into a new car because I feel I can still get good trade in value for my used car and I worried I miss out if I wait. Plus do you think both new and used prices are dropping at the same rate??
I’ve been waiting months for a car from the manufacturer. I got a great deal but now it’s the waiting game.
I would be happy if they just get rid of market adjustment prices and settled for MSRP. but it seems like the dealers and manufactures are intent to keep them.
Is it bad that I love it when they argue
Something almost nobody talks about with regards to EVs is the AC and heater. Most people live in an area where the heater or the AC will be blasting year round and hence kiss your range goodbye by almost 50%. For most people, hybrids make the most sense
I’m not sure how that benefits tax revenue. And how it effects dealerships survival in general. Are you guys laughing at the idea of mass layoffs sir? Be careful what you all wish for!
I will need need a new car in June 2023. Moving back to Madison, Wisconsin from overseas. I want to buy a hybrid SUV, like a Kia Sportage. Will inventory be available, or should I order months in advance?
Is this the same for 1500 pickups?
It's the end of the year clearance tho
I bought a used Nissan cargo van that they don’t make anymore.
Maybe I should have waited, but I needed it right now.
I just got a 2022 Lexus rx350 f sport $7,000 off MSRP. You gotta literally shop tons of dealerships. I’m in NY. I was contacting dealers in NY/NJ/CT/PA. Only 1 dealer really was playing ball and gave me great price since 2023s new design hitting the the lots.
I was at a Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge dealership in San Diego yesterday and ALL the salesmen were busy. I waited 30-45 mins for help. I was looking at a 2020 Honda CRV. I think it was about $23,300 – I test drove it an asked for an out the door price of $26k The salesman said they were in a unique situation with this used vehicle and couldn't lower the price. I said "Oh because you over paid for it?" He eluded to yes and said he'd call me about the offer but he never did.
I need to buy a van for my business before the end of the year to defer some capital gains tax with this last year of 100%depreciation. I have a deposit on a van that is "in transit" and sales guy thought it would be in the first weekend in November but now says maybe this weekend. Not sure if I need to try to find something else!
Anyone know if CarMax Lowers their inventory prices in times like this?
This is such good news that you will also reach over to Canada!!! I really can’t wait!
Insurance rates go up for older drivers.
You can get lower interest rates on manufacturers CPO units and most of their new vehicle inventory.
Stop buying cars and let the industry goes to hell.
I just asked a salesman what is the out the door price on this particular used vehicle. The posted price is 16,251. But he said with tax, title, plate transfer and with their ECP interior and exterior protection, brings the out the door price to 18,898.Is the ECP protection something I have to purchase?
Ray and Zach can you negotiate swag and accessories on a used vehicle. How do you navigate that space?
Can't lie I've been seeing great deals tho
Good morning, I need some help. I have been looking to purchase a car for some time now. But I have been listening to you guys so I have waited out. I just came across a 2021 Toyota Camry XSE 4 cylinder. The dealership asking price is $29,495. What would be a good counter offer for this vehicle.
what cars do you own?
