Good Samaritan Apprehends Suspect After Fatal Car Crash
It’s the dramatic moment a good Samaritan took down an alleged drunk driver trying to escape the scene of a horrific fatal crash he caused. Dylan Molina drove through a red light, slamming head-on into a family sedan that instantly killed off-duty police officer Alex Cervantes, officials said. Justin Gonzalez pinned Molina to the ground after he tried to flee the scene. Police say he consumed eight double-vodka red bull cocktails and 16 single shots. The suspect pleaded guilty to intoxication manslaughter.

That's horrible… I hope that dude that cussed it gets everything coming towards him.
I seen a drunk driver crash and killing her girlfriend leaving children with no mother..The mother had no seat belt and was probably drunk too. The guy survived probably with minor injuries 😕..I saw the woman and theres nothing I could've done to save her I was stepping on brain matter. It didn't traumatized me I've seen alot accidents.
For every 1 person who actually takes action… There's dozens recording on their phones 🙄
Don’t put your knee on him. He can’t breathe. Auhahahahahahaha.

Common drunk/drinker/consumer
Zero sympathy for the drunk driver. Decides to drink and drive and then has the audacity to try and flee.
He didn't get far considering he tripped and nearly knocked himself out, the good Samaritan really didn't have to do much other than pinned him down to ensure the drunk driver wouldn't get up to run
He only got manslaughter for killing a cop!?!?
I lost my college roommate 😔
He only got 15 years in prison?!
How is the wife so CALM 😭😭😭 condolences to the kids 😢
15 years is too short of a sentence.
15 years ????
Damnnnn dude tripped and bashed his head on that brick, hopefully he got some brain damage
Edit: more I should say
How did this man only get 15 years in jail
15 years too little
he should be In there for life. he killed someone
All you ACAB people must be proud.
And yet every day someone is driving drunk…You think that people would learn…but nope.
Dad always said the drunk driver never dies he was right
The bartender gets charged for doing his or her job? Wtf. It’s a business that sells alcohol what the heck man
😭
Dude was so drunk he couldn't even run… he tripped and damn near knocked himself out on those bricks! 😳
15 years on a manslaughter charge. He got drunk off his ass, got into what’s basically a giant loaded weapon and killed someone. Yet he only gets 15 years. That’s a slap on the wrist and a slap in his family’s faces. If that doesn’t tell you how jacked our justice system is then I don’t know what to tell you. I also think the bartender should’ve been given a harsher charge. He’s the asshat the supplied the addict who killed the father/driver.
This took place in Euless Texas just 25 minutes away from me
Dude pinned down himself lol
This is why bartenders should monitor patrons and how much they consume as well as have the authority to take the keys away and call the patron a taxi/Uber to avoid these things happening. It is all preventable.
Thankful for the bystander, his words will forever ring through that man's head as he sits alone with nothing but his thoughts. May justice be served.
