Wild Camping with humour! Real outdoor life. No frills. No Bullsh!t.
Camping, Hiking, Kayaking, Canoe and Vanlife – we do it all here.
Products honestly reviewed (we can’t stand those fake ‘unboxing reviews’)
We’re just a couple of ‘happy go lucky’ people with a passion for showing how fun the outdoors is!
Take a look and see what you think.
*All content on our channel is our own opinion and our own views. All products reviewed are based on our own findings and we will not be swayed by a company to provide biased reviews, please do not contact us if this is your intention, it is not helpful for anyone to adopt this practice! All camps and days out are our own experiences of the outdoors and how ‘we’ like to enjoy it personally. Any negative ‘troll like’, abusive or foul language type of comments will not be approved to show on the channel and the user blocked from future comments showing on our channel (they will only show to the ‘said user’). This is to keep the community the nice, friendly and helpful place we have always found it to be. We operate a leave no trace ethos when we camp and try and minimise the impact we have from camping in a location. Any fire ash is doused with water and ash is dispersed/covered and all rubbish removed. We’d encourage others to do the same.

👍👍👍
Absolutely! Winter one-pot pre-cooked meals are the way to go. Cook up a load, portion and freeze it for later use as and when required. Far less hassle and great comfort food .. especially as they can be loaded up with lots of fat (apologies Zoe 😏) that will fuel the body metabolism for later warmth.
Although, I do confess that my favourite 'one-pot meal' is … Oats. 😳. Yes, I know .. I am shamed 😔, I'm a Phillistine 😏. The variations and combinations on this theme are enormous. Peanut butter, honey, jam, banana (fresh or home oven-dehydrated), fresh / dried fruit, mixed raisins and nuts, horlicks, ovaltine, milo, powdered milk, yogurt, mars / snickers bars, spice (salt, cinnamon, cayenne pepper), etc, etc .. and .. we haven't even touched on the 'savoury' side .. shredded biltong and more.
Full English, I save for the warmer months. Keeping that already cooked warm while waiting for the other is possible but a bit of a schlep. Yes, one 'can' eat it 'as it comes off' .. if I was in full 'survival mode then perhaps .. but I like my full english all at once.
Winter, I then tend to 'snack'the rest of the time on bread (Swiss freshly-baked breads are to kill for), boiled eggs, cheese, dried / smoked sausage (plenty of those), 'spek' (smoked pork belly .. sorry again Zoe 🙏), carrots, celery, etc.
Zoe's recipes look to be quite interesting at times. Perhaps please, more detail on them would be worth a look-see .. I'll try most things twice 😊.
Good food for thought .. thanks .. take care ..
Totally agree I opt for easy, eg tins of chilli con carne, bag of Doritos, sorted!
Loving these short Q&A videos
as well as all your others
Any snow camps coming up?
My wife just calls me "one pan John". Can't think why,, 🤣,,, maybe multi tasking is not my strong point,, ha ha..
Great short video guys,, 👍👍.. ps,, I don't mean cooking outdoors either,, lol..
nice couple
You 2 are great, I watch all vids, but don't often comment. Recently had a customer at work who was suffering with Reynards, so I directed her to zoe's review of the gloves and socks. Great channel guys, keep up the good work.
Cous cous, cheesy mash or noodles with tinned mackerel or meatballs in sauce 😋
Can you do thermal underwear?????
Scouse with a crusty cob and loads of butter………😋😋 beer for after🍺
Veggie/vegan stew
I love the "All Day Breakfast" in a tin, really tasty, filling and easy to heat on a single stove. I will definitely try the burger hack, maybe a cooking prep video would be a good idea 👍👍
Pot noodle with a few pepperrami cut up on top.
The naughty duo are at it again! This time on top of the snow! Nothing can stop them! 🤏

This is how you do it 😃
at home, make a little extra at meals, and freeze, for your next adventure out.
Soba noodles are the future….🏕
Definitely One Pot meals rule when camping. For example Curry n Rice, no need to warm up separately just bung them in the pan together.
Spam an pot noodles, big soup with rice. I love these in winter, go on have a try ✌️🔥👍🇬🇧
A sub for years and yes I stole your precooked burgers and meals idea and use even on car camps. Quick easy, and less cleanup. Liking your short vids as well with the longer ones.
