Single point of failure describes the ergonomics. If the electronic displays malfunction, then you have a car as a brick. Car manufacturers save money by not having physical buttons and switches. By putting all your eggs in one basket (the displays), you are depending on the reliability of the electronics to get you from point A to point B. In addition, the ergonomics were developed for Tech savvy customers not for the general population at large. This leaves out the aged and low to middle income individuals without higher education to try to learn how to use this vehicle. The target consumers for Afeela are the 1% percenters so I expect this to drop like a rock.
