If your worried about your mental state, look into the Ketogenic diet…. might lend a hand, I was doing it for a year and a half. I suffered from depression for 3 years and I kept feeling dark and locked away in my mind, I started getting routine back and looked into this diet, its mental how your gut is like your second brain, it improves mental state massivly !
