This is the most luxurious car EVER!

This is the all-new Rolls-Royce Spectre!

Based on the looks, you’d be forgiven for thinking this is a replacement for the Rolls-Royce Wraith coupe. You see, the V12 engine is GONE, and it’s been replaced with two electric motors! That’s right, this is the first Rolls-Royce production EV!

So let’s take a closer look at it. For starters, it’s big… VERY big! At over 5.5 metres long and over 2 metres wide, this is officially the largest Rolls-Royce ever created! But that’s not all, the huge backlit grille is also the largest fitted to any Rolls-Royce.

It’ll come as no surprise that the interior is super luxurious. However, unlike other manufacturers that have used a new EV to try out a whole load of new tech and style (We’re looking at you, BMW iX…), Rolls-Royce has kept the interior of the Spectre very similar to its petrol-powered compatriots. It comes with the same air vents, physical controls and central touch screen as in the Ghost! Of course, there are a couple of differences, such as the ability to extend the starlight headlining down to the side of the doors.

In terms of performance, of course, we’re sad to see the loss of the glorious V12! However, it’s not all that bad. The Spectre comes with two electric motors that combine to produce 585hp and 900Nm! These help it sprint to 60mph in just 4.5 seconds – that’s quicker than the new BMW i7!

All-in-all, this Rolls-Royce will cost you at least £300,000. So is it worth it?! You’ll need to stick with Mat to see for yourself!

Not bad for bmw😌

Sheldon Mabale

The headlights of the this Royce proves that BMW has a hand , the headlights are similar to the new 7 series

Sheldon Mabale

do the review of the new Range Rover sport

William

Thought this was an actual review 😔

Arnold Aron

That's my new fav RR

Sishvik

On a closer look, its just a BMW i7 Long Wheelbase Version with a different body design, the headlights look similar to the current 7 series

Another sucker

Love it.

SirBender

Cool, now I know why BMW has chosen these ugly headlights for their new 7 Series. It’s almost the same as these of the new phantom. And this creates a new problem: A rolls Royce looks now more and more like a BMW. WHO wants to drive a RR for 600.000€ that looks like a 150.000€ BMW??? Especially when the sounds in the RR were often criticized by the owners that didn’t like to get always reminded of its belonging to BMW Group…
This destroys the RR Brand

Jeep Gang!!!

EV’s … 🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕

It can't be the most luxurious car ever.
You have to drive it! 😉

John

It should have been a PHEV….

This is the first modern Rolls Royce with enough 'GT' in it's design to make it desirable to those of us wanting a GT/Limousine hybrid and not just one or the other. I'd still take a Bentley Continental GT over this without hesitation and looking at it 'more closelier' I see quite a bit of the Bentley GT in this Spectre. In the flared rear haunches, tapered rear and the new Grille which is more rectangular.

why are every brand running with the ugly citroen split head lights…. jesus…

mkuu justin rene

I didn't see this coming, who could image that the might Rolls and BMW will copy Citroën lights after 10 years….

yup

will Rolls Royce still produce Wraith's?

Paul Davies

Wasn’t James Bond evil world organisational enemy called Spectre, hmm I guess if the hat fits

Wayne

Glad they didn't use unnecessary blue highlights

Wow it's beautiful

not a big fan of the main headlight design, perhaps it would be nice if they brought up the round light element as the original phantom. other than that, it a stunning design. Would love to see it in a non-cinematic-style video though. Hopefully, Matt will get a test car soon

doron grill

Please Matt, when you get a chance. W205 C63s Vs W206 C63s. Please include half mile and mile. Thanks in advance.

Why do you rarely ever get an invite to see the actual launch cars? Far lesser channels seem to always be there. Weird.

Vadim Don

Very very beautiful car bit weights as much as a cruise ship 😅

Lukas Grendel

newer car design reminds me of Cyberpunk 2077. All these cars are so big and minimalistic, they could even be armoured the way they look. (BMW IX, 7, Honda E,…)

jarrad Moore

Somehow looks a little Korean…..

Andrew Cruze

just a BMW under the skin only uglier

ArchAngel Warrior

The need to stop this double headlights trend it’s really ugly.

Sam Khan

not worth it…..

Стилян Едрев

Waiting for a review 😁

Tristan Drew

Electric Rolls, vegetarian Steak, a Tory party with Labour policy. Why don't people just have the real thing.

gas-powered-crusader

EV, boo

Andy Mckeen

How do those windows work??

Jesus loves u 🥺💖

Can we just appreciate how much time and effort he put into these videos 🥺❤

Lee Jankovskis

Nice, but somehow nothing special, RR sadly losing the way as regards style coupled to class, this again looks to blingy, the wheels look 1980s Talbot or similar.
I'd still like one as a gift though!
