I live 4 hours east of Amarillo in Oklahoma City and I think Amarillo may be the windiest city on the planet. I drove an RV through there once and felt like we were leaning at a 45 degree angle the entire time. I've never tried the 72oz steak challenge there but know many who have (and failed).
