I don't think Carson is trying to mislead ppl on purpose however this video shows us why ppl need to do their own due diligence. If you study the basics of electricity you'd know that some of what he's saying here doesn't make sense. You wouldn't wear metal to 'protect' against radiation poisoning because electromagnetic waves would conduct through metal. I don't know if they knew how to make rubber, so I dunno about that. Then the idea of capacitors isn't the right idea either because capacitors aren't like batteries and don't generate electricity. I like Billy, I believe he's one of the few honest ones (i could be wrong) but this isn't a good look imo.
