Why do you all keep saying, "Ocean" or "Ocean view"? Seems like the teachers and my atlas thought me crap all my life.

Great development. If I may suggest a promenade at the end of the stretch of road towards the ocean. With fixed, spaced park benches, and solar powered device charging stations, it could be a fantastic space to either watch sunrises and sunsets.

The visuals of those buildings are rough on the eyes. Add some damn colors, make those things look like Jamaica or at least tropical. The designs are also crazy looking.

If am not moving back to Jamaica and live like this i ain’t going back to live. I could definitely see myself living on this property. Safety is first for me if you decide to move back to Jamaica to live cause am tired of America now and ready to make my move.
