Honestly the end wasn't very pleasant, four Craft Tables, Furnaces, and Smokers in the floor, and then cramming more crafting tables in the corner just to fill up that space, placing armor stands in front of the Blast Furnaces, for no reason, that's just laziness. I would have put a rug down and put a cat or two over there in the corner, and instead of the Portal being shifted over to a corner, could have made it more under ground by making that area the enchanting set up but with a stairway in the corner leading down behind the books into an unground portal room.

I like your choice of Deepslate, my favorite block in Minecraft. However, there were other versions you could have picked. I've always had a fascination with Pyramids when I was young. Always wonder why.
