In the legends of ancient Greece, they speak of a monumental maze built near the Harawa Pyramid of Egypt known only as The Labyrinth. It was said to be a vast network of winding tunnels, deep rooms, temples, and filled to the brim with artifacts and mysterious hieroglyphics.
