Hey cooper I have some ideas on ways you can upgrade character decks. On the yugioh Wiki at the bottom of each character page is a list of every card that character used, for example Quattro had mirror force once and Yuya uses Dark Rebellion xyz dragon later in arc-v, so you can give characters more cards they used. Also, maybe you can give characters more copies of their extra deck cards.
